Publix Super Markets Inc. is planning a store in South End on a 4-acre site along South Boulevard, according to real estate sources and documents.
The land is on the west side of South Boulevard, just south of the Atherton Mill retail development and across the street from a Lowe's Home Improvement store at the intersection of South Boulevard and Iverson Way.
The property went under contract this summer to a limited liability company managed by an executive with Florida commercial real estate firm Stiles, according to real estate records.
