The Iredell County Sheriff's Office arrested three people in an armed home invasion.
Deputies were called to a home on Branchwood Road in Statesville at 9:27 p.m. October 9th.
The homeowner was at the house with her eight-year-old son when a man kicked her door open and entered the house with a gun in his hand, demanding drugs. The man was wearing clothing to cover most of his body and face.
The woman says the man forced her into different rooms of the house, leaving her son alone in the living room.
When officers arrived, the woman said the only thing missing was a lockbox containing prescription drugs.
Deputies interviewed neighbors and developed three suspects as a result of the investigation.
Logan Kyle Voris (20), Patrick Donovan Foster (20), and Amy Elizabeth Ross (23) were located and interviewed as suspects.
Deputies say the three suspects lived together on Serenity Lane in Statesville at the time of the home invasion. Investigators say witnesses identified a vehicle used in the incident, and that vehicle was owned by Ross.
Investigators obtained warrants for each suspect for First Degree Burglary, and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
Ross was arrested November 7th. She received a $7,500 secured bond.
Voris and Foster were arrested November 6th. Each received a $20,000 secured bond.
In a separate incident, deputies said Foster was also arrested just a few days prior by the Statesville Police Department on charges of Common Law Robbery.
Foster was accused of stealing an elderly woman's pocketbook in the Wal-Mart parking lot on October 27th.
The elderly woman was hurt, but is expected to be OK. Foster received a $3,000 bond from that incident.
