Armed robbery on Halloween leads to arrests in two cases

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police were called to an armed robbery in the University area on Halloween.

Two victims in the 10100 block of Margie Ann Drive said several suspects approached them from behind, showed a gun, robbed them, and ran away.

Margie Ann Drive runs off Suther Road, between University City Boulevard and Old Concord Road.

Officers identified 22-year-old Eric Flowe, 19-year-old Brenton Harris, and 16-year-old Devin Dorsey in the Halloween robbery.

Then, officers said additional investigation implicated the same three suspects as well as 31-year-old Myron Colson in an October 28th robbery in the 1200 block of Suther Road.

All four men are charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
