Tonight at 11:00PM—breaking news of an apartment fire in Matthews. At least two people are injured after jumping from windows to safety. One of the injured has life threatening injuries.

A shocker in Washington—CIA Director General David Patraeus resigned over an extramarital affair, allegedly with a woman who lives in Charlotte. Paula Broadwell is the author who penned a biography of Patraeus. The obvious question tonight is who knew about the dalliance? When did they know it? Was the revelation of Patraeus' infidelity orchestrated to fall after the election? Stay tuned, this story has just begun to unravel.

Great news from New York and New Jersey where more and more households are getting electricity back tonight, and that includes the Statue of Liberty, which was damaged in Superstorm Sandy.
