Will it be a record turnout?

Hello again everyone, it's Paul Cameron in the WBTV newsroom.

Tonight at 5:00PM—it may turn out to be a record turnout. Already 2.4 million in North Carolina took part in early voting-- that's 40% of the registered voters. Estimates are today's turnout may top 69%. We're seeing very long lines at most precincts around Charlotte and our team of reporters will have every victory and concession speech covered as we begin election night when the NC polls close at 7:00PM.

Roommates at an apartment complex say someone is breaking into their apartment through a shared attic space, stealing items and spying on them. We broke this story last night, but now we have new information about what police are doing to help.

Great White sharks are fond of warmer water, but a 16-footer was spotted off Charleston this week. It was identified by a tag and scientists are wondering if Hurricane Sandy had something to do with send the shark on a southward journey.
