CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Taking a regular yoga class can improve your balance, your breathing and your overall health.

Taking "hot yoga" takes that workout to an entirely different level.

Quinn Reynolds and Alyssa Levy from Arrichion Hot Yoga visited WBTV News Sunday Morning to talk about some basic yoga poses and explain the benefits of hot yoga.
