One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.More >>

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Heidi Furr and her family moved to east Mecklenburg County six years ago.
"You know there's always change with progress," said Furr. "So, we just accepted it."
Furr's neighborhood was annexed into Charlotte and the city made her an offer, as it turns out, she could refuse. She did, but then a neighbor called her attention to something she had missed. Something on a city bill.
"My bill now has a 350% increase," said Furr.
It was an increase that left her confused and is it turns out she was not alone.
"I caught it six months ago," said Mike Bednarik. "It's just garbage."
So, who is responsible for these bogus charges and more importantly, what does your bill say?
"Who is going to track all that down?" asked Furr.
