Two people were arrested after the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office SWAT team executed a search warrant that turned up nearly five pounds of marijuana.
On Tuesday, October 23, the SWAT team raided a home on Massapoag Road in Lincolnton. During the search, the team found 4.5 pounds of marijuana and a pistol, the report states.
The SWAT team was asked to secure the residence because of weapons being inside the apartment and the suspect's violent history, authorities said.
No one was injured during the incident.
