Frankenstorm for Halloween?

Hello again friends, it's Paul Cameron in the WBTV newsroom.

Tonight at 11:00PM—a former Boy Scout Master admits to the Associated Press he molested young boys. Our reporter, David Spunt, spoke with the man's son who says he thinks his father could be guilty. David uncovers many more details about the former Scout Master who now lives in Union County.

Angry parents in the small town of Casar after teachers at their son's school made him pull his pants down to inspect what they thought were burns. It turns out, it's only a birthmark, yet a social worker from DSS visited the home to check. The question is, do schools have the authority to undress a student, even if they suspect child abuse?

It's looking very much like the east coast could get a "Frankenstorm" on Halloween. Hurricane Sandy will combine with a winter storm front, and will do it during a full moon, which means big waves, strong winds and possible snow as it moves into New Jersey and New York. We could see some rain and wind as well.
