2-Alarm Fire At Gaston County Daimler Plant

We have breaking news out of Gaston County this morning.  Cam Man Ron Lee will be live from the Daimler Trucks plant off highway 321 where firefighters battled a two-alarm fire this morning.  The fire broke out around midnight...no one was hurt.  Ron will have many more details.

Two young men have been arrested following a homicide in southwest Charlotte.

Charlotte-based Bank of America is responding to a one-billion dollar federal lawsuit.

We're working this morning to get more details about the appeals hearing of fired former Mecklenburg DSS director Mary Wilson.  The hearing was held yesterday...but county leaders are not releasing any information.

Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx and several city council members are in New York today...where they'll hear a presentation from NFL Commissioner Roger Goddell.
