CHESTER, SC (WBTV) -
An undercover drug operation has already arrested 22 people, with more arrests expected, according to the Chester County Sheriff's Office.
The Chester County Sheriff's Office Narcotics and Violent Crime Unit, under the direction of the Sheriff Smith, put together the undercover drug operation, called Operation Trick or Treat.
The undercover operation would consist of undercover buys from subjects who were thought to be selling drugs.
The Unit primarily focused on the Great Falls area of Chester County due to the number of complaints from citizens in that area and in the hopes of producing information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of the subjects who killed Alfreda Wertz Hinson.
The Operation concluded with warrants being issued, and a roundup of all the people who had sold drugs, which agents said involved prescribed pain medication, marijuana, cocaine and crack cocaine.
The below is a list of those subjects that have been arrested. The operation is not complete, officials said, and more arrests are expected to come.
