The BYE week is in the books, and It's back to work for the 1-4 Panthers, Monday they began to prepare for the Dallas Cowboys, who come to town Sunday afternoon just as hungry at the cats.
At 2-3 the Cowboys also have a run game that is still trying to meet expectations. Their ground game finally took flight against Baltimore Sunday night with 227 yards.
The guy who Panthers head coach Ron Rivera says is explosive and has the quickness to be a big threat .. may not play against the Panthers.
Dallas running back DeMarco Murray has a torn ligament in his left foot.
ESPN Dallas reports Murray is wearing a protective boot and is unlikely to play Sunday.
The injury happened during last nights 31-29 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Rivera says with or without Murray, Dallas is one talented team, "Felix Jones is a good inside outside runner, plus with there passing game it helps off-set what they are doing. It helps them, both sides, whether they are running or throwing".
