Father of alleged kidnapping victim talks as accused returns to NC

Good Friday afternoon, Maureen O'Boyle here in the WBTV newsroom with a look at some of the stories we're working on for your news at 5:00.

Timothy Newman, the man accused of kidnapping a 12 year old girl from our area, is on his way back to Charlotte to face his charges.  Police, who found Newman and the girl near Miami, say he intended to take her out of the country and marry her.  Tonight we're talking with the child's father.  What he says about Newman and the quest for justice.
