This Friday, October 12th, WBTV will feature East Lincoln vs. Lake Norman Charter as the WBTV Ford Game of the Week.
Both teams are undefeated, so this matchup could determine the Southern Piedmont conference champion.
The Mustangs of East Lincoln are led by Jesse Earnhardt, the wide receiver was all-conference last season, and will likely make the list again in 2012. Earnhardt is part of an offense that is known to be able to make big plays when it counts most.
The Lake Norman Charter Knights, are much improved since finishing 6-6 last season. There is plenty of experience to go around, as 9 starters return on offense and 8 starters returned on defense. Skill players like Alex Scearce (WR), and Michael Dorsainvil (QB) are also a big part of this teams success thus far.
