RICHBURG, SC (WBTV) - When you talk about traditional high school football powers in South Carolina, most folks don't mention Lewisville, but the Lions have a strong football tradition with 19 region titles and 4 state championships.

The 2012 Lions are off to a 6-1 start under first year head coach Will Mitchell.

They host Lamar Friday in a battle of the two best teams in Region 3-1A.

The Lewisville Lions are the FFN Overtime Spotlight team this week. 

Also in this edition is an injury update on 2 very important QB at Concord and East Lincoln as well as a preview of some big games in the Yadkin Valley Conference and the South Mountain Athletic Conference.
