The sheriff's office in Florence County is looking for the man they say sexually assaulted the 8-year-old child he was babysitting.
Investigators on the case believe 30-year-old Michael Alphonzo Fulton of Effingham was babysitting the child at a home in the Florence area when he sexually assaulted the child.
Fulton is wanted for criminal sexual conduct with a minor and failure to register as a sex offender.
He is described as a black male, standing 5'10" and weighing 275 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
His last known address was in Columbia. SLED records show he may have tattoos in each arm.
