CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

A man was arrested after an anti-theft device led police to a home where they found three stolen cars, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

On Wednesday, patrol officers in the Hickory Grove Division responded to a LoJack stolen vehicle hit on Langley Road, in east Charlotte. Three stolen vehicles were located in the back yard of the home, police said.

Officers contacted Auto Theft Detectives who then obtained a search warrant for the home. All three vehicles were stolen the night before, the report states.

Rethanachan Em, 20, was located and arrested without incident for his involvement in the larceny of the vehicles.

Em was charged with three separate counts of felony larceny of a motor vehicle.

Anyone with additional information in regard to these cases is asked to call the Crimestoppers tip line at (704)334-1600.
