This is surveillance video on September 5th of a robbery at the Family Dollar off Old Statesville Road.
The store has been robbed five different times recently and at each case it's at the end of the night, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
A man comes inside, jumps the counter then points the gun and demands money from the cash registers.
One of the employees gave chase but the suspect got away and was last seen in a wooded area.
Police say multiple suspects have robbed this story in the past but they still believe they are all connected.
