Four people were arrested Thursday after deputies say they were selling prescription drugs illegally.
Franklin Albert Scott, Carolyn Hunsucker Callicutt, Daniel Adam Callicutt and Nicole Ashley Blake are all charged with trafficking or conspiring to traffic in heroin, according to a news release from the Stanly County Sheriff's Office.
The arrested individuals on a regular basis would travel to Stanly County and sell prescription narcotics.
With the assistance of the North Carolina State Bureau of investigation and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office this investigation was conducted and these arrests were made.
