CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - For the 4th straight week, Richmond Senior holds on to the top spot in our SpeeDee Oil FFN Top 10, but it continues to be a tight race for the top spot.
Butler is 2nd in the poll just 3 points from the top spot.
The biggest movers in the poll are Porter Ridge and South Point. The Pirates now come in at #3 after their big win over previously ranked A.L. Brown 41-14. South Point is up to #4 behind a strong 4-0 start.
For the first time this season, West Rowan, Concord, and South Pointe enter the rankings. The Falcons come in at #6. The Spiders are a solid #7. The Stallions are at #10.
South Caldwell just missed entering the poll by 12 points, but very well could be on their way. This Friday, #6 West Rowan is at #9 Statesville, so that may be a spot for the Spartans provided they can beat a very tough Hibriten team on Friday.
