This weekend the NHRA is back in town, at the ZMAX Dragway in Concord. It's the first event in the Countdown to the Championship.
You may know Greg Anderson, the Mooresville resident will be looking for his 4th win at the "Bellagio of Dragstrips". The pro stock driver is also hoping for his 5th career championship.
Fan favorite, Antron Brown will be back to defend his title. The top fuel driver is also the current points leader.
Of course .. how could we forget funny car's John Force .. The winningest driver in NHRA history will be back as well.
Qualifying begins Friday at the ZMAX Dragway, and eliminations are on Sunday.
