CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - There's a battle brewing for T-shirt supremacy amongst the visitors, delegates, and media in town for the Democratic National Convention.
The two top sellers in the "official" DNC merchandise store this week are t-shirts.
The first is a t-shirt based on the official poster of this year's DNC.
The design is actually created by a local guy and the shirts are made of natural materials.
At the Convention Center shop today the adult shirts were sold out though there were some kids shirts left.
The other big seller is a red shirt that says "Obama Y'All" on the front.
"They're selling like hotcakes. Apparently people are seeing them on TV. People have been coming in to say where are those obama y'all shirts. Some guy today must have bought five or six," said volunteer Kathy Byrd.
