Police Release Possible Motive in Belmont Neighborhood Shooting

A Charlotte teen was found safe Sunday evening after police sent out a missing persons alert.

DeShaun Phillips, 14, was last seen around 10:15 a.m. at Silver Mount Baptist Church at 501 West Arrowood Road in south Charlotte.

Police reunited him with his family Sunday evening. He was unharmed.
