As DNC approaches, delegate prepares to fill her role

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

Olma Echeverri came to the United States from Colombia, South America, to continue her education.

Now this woman, an active member of Charlotte's Latino community, will find herself in delegate meetings, caucuses, and on the floor of the Time Warner Cable Arena as President Obama accepts her party's nomination.

She visited WBTV News Saturday Morning to talk about what she expects from the week ahead.
