Alleged "love triangle" poisoning victim speaks

Hello again everyone, it's Paul Cameron in the WBTV newsroom.

Tonight at 5:00PM—we're hearing from one of the alleged victims of a "love triangle" poisoning case tonight.  A Burke County woman is accused of using antifreeze and muscle relaxes to spike drinks of her two boyfriends.  Reporter Steve Ohnesorge will have the latest.

The RNC is over, next up is Charlotte's DNC so prepare for the onslaught of delegates and visitors this weekend.  An estimated 35,000 people—most of them passing through Charlotte Douglas International-- which is why we're live at the airport to check on the flow of passengers.  Unfortunately, we spotted a misspelling on a USAirways welcome banner.

We also got our first look at the stage setting inside Time Warner Cable Arena today which will be home to the convention on Tuesday and Wednesday.  We've also got our hands on a time lapse video that shows how TWC went from basketball arena to convention hall.

GOP candidate Mitt Romney went straight from his acceptance speech to the Gulf to tour some of Isaac's devastation and we'll have a live report.
