The Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) is seeking the public's help in locating Keith Allen Murray.
Murray is wanted for outstanding warrants for two counts of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
Murray had been on CMPD Electronic Monitoring since he was released from jail on April 12, 2012.
Murray was last seen near North Tryon Street and Tom Hunter Road where he cut his monitor off.
Anyone with information on Murray's whereabouts should immediately contact the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) at (704)336-VACT or call 911.
Murray is the 22 offender monitored by CMPD to cut a monitor off in 2012 as compared to 17 in 2011.
