The so-called "Loan Ranger bandit," who has robbed two banks here in ETX and two in Arkansas, has struck again.
This time, it is being reported by officers with the College Station Police Department. The police responded to the FedStar Credit Union on Harvey Road on an aggravated robbery call.
Officers say they were told that the male suspect had displayed a handgun and demanded money from tellers. He then fled the scene in a vehicle and undisclosed amount of money.
The robber is described as a white male, 6' tall, possibly in his 20s. He was wearing glasses and a black ball cap with a green shamrock and black basketball shorts and shoes, and a black athletic jacket.
The police say he fled in a small blue or silver vehicle.
No employees or customers were injured during the robbery. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the College Station PD at 979-764-3600.
