Child Shot And Killed In West Charlotte

We have a lot of news that happened overnight to tell you about when you join us from 4:30 to 7:00 AM.  A 12 to 14 year old child has been shot and killed in west Charlotte...and police are now looking for the gunman.  Cam Man Ron Lee was on the scene minutes after the shooting and will join us live with more details.

We're following a story of a terrible accident in Cleveland County...two motorcyclists have been killed after hitting an SUV along highway 18 in Fallston, just north of Shelby.

Today, members of the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners are expected to introduce a measure for the first time about CMS and undocumented students.  Some people are calling the idea "ridiculous".  We'll tell you what's happening.

In College Station, Texas...near the campus of Texas A&M University, three people, including a member of a law enforcement team, have been killed in a shootout.  Several others were wounded.
