CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - When the Democratic National Convention comes to town much of the talk will be centered around politics.
However, much of the action will be centered around a new home build.
TV's Ty Pennington is working with Craftsman and Sears Heroes at Home to build and donate a new home to a deserving military veteran.
Half of a home will be built during the Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL and the remaining half will be built here in Charlotte during the DNC and will go to a local veteran.
