CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - If you're looking for an easy appetizer for your next party, Culinary Expert Heidi Bilotto shared one of her favorites on WBTV News Saturday Morning. The recipe is below:

1/2 cup coarsely chopped green or black olives (or a combination)2 Tbsp. capers
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat leaf Italian parsley
zest of two lemons
Mix all ingredients in small bowl to blend or combine everything in a food processor. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
