Spartanburg, SC (WBTV) -Panthers head coach Ron Rivera stopped practice for a few minutes in spartanburg today to let his players know he was not happy with the tempo of practice.
He called is team over and gave them an attitude adjustment warning everyone that jobs are on the line. As you might imagine practice got a lot better after that.
After practice offensive tackle Jordn Gross said that he respects Coach Rivera's approach saying he will let you know when you're doing good and when you're doing bad.
