Crews have been working through the night to clear the tracks in Cramerton, where 19 train cars derailed. We've just spoken to railway officials...and we'll let you know whether there are any train delays due to the derailment.
Opening statements are scheduled to begin this morning in the case of the woman charged with running down two nurses in front of an adult daycare center in Charlotte in 2010...one of the nurses died, the other is now in a wheelchair.
Jared Lee Loughner is expected to plead guilty today...to the January 2011 shooting that killed six people and wounded Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords last year in Tucson, Arizona.
