CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - She calls herself the Tiny Chef but she's a real powerhouse.
Charlotte Chef Susanne Dillingham visited WBTV News Saturday Morning to share her recipe for gazpacho using fresh tomatoes, honeydew, cantaloupe, and even mango.
She also gave us a tiny preview of her appearance on the Food Network's Extreme Chef show which debuts on August 16th. She couldn't share any details but she talked about how she was chosen to compete.
