New uptown food tour - WBTV 3 News, Weather, Sports, and Traffic for Charlotte, NC

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Lisa Schnurr knows there are plenty of "foodies" in Charlotte.

"There was just no food tour, no way to go around and meet the owners of restaurants and the chefs and get a little taste," Schnurr said.

So she decided to fill the void.

Schnurr already runs food tours in the Davidson area, and one in the Metropolitan complex in Midtown.

Now she's starting an uptown tour and she visited WBTV News Saturday Morning to talk about it.
