Fake Officer Home Invasion

Police in west Charlotte say a man dressed as a probation officer pushed his way inside a home then pepper-sprayed the adults who were there.  Two other men were with the crook and police say they ransacked the house and stole cash and other items.  We'll have a live report with more details.

Funeral services will be held today for the Watauga County Sheriff's deputy who was shot and killed in the line of duty last week.

A false alarm at SouthPark Mall in south Charlotte.  What was reported by some local media as a parking deck collapse last night...turned out to be a small piece of falling concrete.

A reminder to watch where you cross the street in uptown Charlotte, as police are focusing on jaywalkers.  41 people were issued citations during the first day of the crackdown.
