Unsolved: Charlotte man's death considered foul play

LIVE: Cam Man Ron Lee has been working this story overnight while you have been sleeping. The death of a 52-year-old Charlotte man remains unsolved this morning. Neighbors found Alfred Smith dead in his bathtub more than 24 hours ago now. Ron is hearing from police that foul play is definitely at work. We also hear from one of Smith's neighbors.

We're learning more about the movie theater shootings in Colorado. A mysterious package was discovered in the mailroom at the University of Colorado's medical campus, sent by the alleged gunman James Holmes. We'll tell you what CBS News was able to confirm overnight about what was discovered inside.
