Charlotte City Council Votes To Buy Eastland Mall

Cheers broke out at last night's Charlotte City Council meeting after members approved a 13-million dollar plan to transform Eastland Mall into a Hollywood studio and soundstage.  We'll have complete details of that vote and other action by the council.

Cam Man Ron Lee is live from SouthPark Mall, which had announced all stores would finally be open today following the recent flooding at the mall.  However, it appears some stores may not be able to open today after all.

A gag order has been issued in the Colorado theatre shootings case...attorneys are now barred from publicly commenting.  This comes following Monday's court hearing for suspect James Holmes.  We'll have the latest details from Colorado.

Police at the University of Connecticut have evacuated the school's Avery Point Campus in Groton after a man armed with a gun was reported on campus.
