HEATH SPRINGS, SC (WBTV) -
Deputies in Lancaster County are looking for a man they say robbed and beat another man Tuesday afternoon.
The incident was reported at 3 p.m. on the 2700 block of South Potter Road in reference to a robbery, according to a news release from the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office.
Bruno Diaz, 31, of Lancaster, told deputies he was weed eating a pasture for Jim Lineberger and a man approached him displaying a hand gun and demanding Diaz's money.
Diaz gave the man $80 in cash. The man then started punching Diaz in the head, forcing him to the ground.
Diaz told deputies he was kicked unconscious and woke up a short time later.
The man is described as a black male in his 20s about 5'6'' tall and weighing 170 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and pants with a black hat, according to the release.
No arrests have been made.
