Breaking the heat wave?

Hello again everyone, it's Paul Cameron in the WBTV newsroom.

Tonight at 5:00PM—weather's the story, but this time, it's about a break in the heat wave.  Eric Thomas says we've got thunderstorms coming through that will eventually cool things down.

Three people were murdered in Union County over the weekend.  Tonight, a family member is making a plea to find the killer.

Dr. Heath Morrison was sworn in as the new Superintendent of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools today.  He's adding four new positions to his staff.  We're asking, who will pay for these new jobs?
