LINCOLNTON, NC (WBTV) -
Three teenagers were arrested and 13 more were cited for underage drinking at a house party in Lincoln County.
Shortly after midnight on Sunday, Lincoln ton Police Department received calls of underage drinking and marijuana use at a party located at 724 N. Aspen Street.
Officers responded to the party to locate several vehicles parked illegally across from that address at Lincoln ton High School. While officers were arriving on the scene, a fight broke out in the roadway across from 724 N. Aspen Street. Due to the large crowd (several hundred people) officers were unable to execute an arrest in the fight. Officers tried to get the crowd to disperse.
Officers located the property owners, Teresa and Kenneth Oxendine, who would not cooperate with the police.
A search warrant for the residence was sworn out and executed on the property of 724 N. Aspen Street.
The following arrests were made as a result of this investigation:
1. Teresa Darlene Excedrin – Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Resist a Public Officer
2. Kenneth Franklin Oxendine – Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Resist a Public Officer
3. Tyler Jordon Nicks – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 19, Resist a Public Officer
The following citations were written as a result of this investigation:
1. Jordan Lamar Ray – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
2. Mikhail Tayaban Publico – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
3. Ashley Marie Shrum – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
4. Bridgett Carolena Stallings – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
5. Brad Carnell Wilson – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
6. Marquis Sherill – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
7. Coty Blake Lail – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
8. Tyler Andrew Mull – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
9. Demetre Hakeem Graham – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
10. Morgan Amber Lail – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
11. Kendall Lee Oxendine – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
12. Brandon Wilson – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
13. Dara Gibson – Consume Alcohol by Person Under 21
The Lincolnton Police Department was assisted by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, North Carolina State Highway Patrol, Lincolnton Fire Department, Lincoln County E.M.S., and Lincoln County Rescue in this case.
This case is still under further investigation and more arrests are expected.
