Surprise farewell appearance for cancer stricken commissioner

Tonight at 11:00PM—a heart tugging moment at the Mecklenburg County Commission-- board member Neil Cooksey, who just entered hospice care on Friday, made a farewell appearance at tonight's meeting.  His presence brought many to tears.
