Charges dropped for father who killed his daughter's rapist

Hello again friends, it's Paul Cameron in the WBTV newsroom.

Tonight at 11:00PM—charges dropped against the Texas father who beat a man to death for raping his 5-year old daughter.  A grand jury tonight says it was a justifiable homicide.

Authorities charge a store clerk with selling alcohol to a minor after a skateboarding accident killed a Rowan County 16-year old.  Detectives say they seized surveillance video from the store that shows Jonah King buying two 18 packs of beer on two occasions—the last one just hours before he was killed.

A man bites a dog and a TSA agent groped by a female passenger.  It's just one of those nights.
