Davidson Day Wins Panthers 7 on 7 Tournament

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Today at Bank of America Stadium, the Davidson Day Patriots won the Carolina Panthers 7 on 7 High School Passing Tournament.

The Patriots defeated defending champs Mallard Creek 28-24 on the last play of the game.

With the win, the Patriots now advance to the national tournament in Indianapolis.

Before the 12 team tournament, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton address the teams to stress the point of playing the game with passion.
