FORT MILL, SC (WBTV) - The Charlotte Knights would struggle offensively today and would lose to Indianapolis 2-1 at Knights Stadium on Father's Day.
Jeff Clement's home run in the 9th proved to be the game winner for the Indians as they improved to 40-29 and is in first in the West Division of the International League.
The Knights are now 41-30 and still lead the South Division by 4 games over the Gwinnett Braves.
Charlotte is home again on Monday as they start a 4 game series with Columbus.
