CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - For the past 12 years families have shared a meal out on one particular night and have helped Communities In Schools of Charlotte Mecklenburg.
This year they can do it again, on June 19th, at the 13th annual "Dine Out for Kids".
Participating restaurants donate a portion of the day's sales on June 19th the Communities In Schools.
The organization helps at-risk children stay in school and achieve in life.
