It's primary day in South Carolina today...polls open from 7 AM to 7 PM. This comes after a panel of three federal judges refused to halt South Carolina's primary. Five former candidates had asked the judges to stop today's primary election after the state Supreme Court removed more than 200 candidates from the ballot for not properly filing paperwork.
We'll tell you about a huge search overnight for the suspect in the deadly shootings in Auburn, Alabama...officials surrounded a house in Montgomery, and used tear gas, after getting word the suspect may have been inside in the attic.

Two major decisions by Charlotte City Council. Members have approved eight million dollars for the Charlotte Knights...meaning the team can now begin building an uptown stadium. Council also narrowly voted down the city manager's proposed budget, which included an eight percent property tax increase.
