Straight line winds are to blame for an overturned tractor trailer in Chester County.
The winds were blowing off a line of strong thunderstorms that moved through the area just before 1 p.m., according to the Chester County Office of Emergency Management.
A Hazmat team was on scene removing any spilled diesel from the tractor trailer which belonged to Ozark Trucking.
The driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.
