CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Tim Haas says he was watching cooking shows before cooking was cool.
The Lenoir native is a self-taught chef who says he has taken bits and pieces he's learned from the greats he's watched his whole life, and worked them into his own creative cooking style.
Tim "The Big Guy" Haas visited WBTV News Sunday Morning and brought with him all of the ingredients for a perfect BBQ sauce.
