At the American Legion Memorial Stadium, the Charlotte Hounds, saw several thousand fans attend Saturday's battle with the a Canadian team, the Hamilton Nationals.

The Hounds trailed 9 to 1 early, but quickly got back in it, 9 to 8 by half-time.

Charlotte kept it close, but still lost by 1-point in the end 18 to 17.

The Hounds are on the road next week against the Chesapeake Bayhawks. You can catch all Hounds away games over on WMYT my tv 12.
