MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTV/WMBF) -
A North Carolina man is facing charges after he is accused of stabbing a man who accidentally walked in front of a vacation picture.
According to Myrtle Beach police, officers were called to the 900 block of South Ocean Boulevard early Sunday morning to the report of a stabbing.
When officers arrived at the Captain Quarters they found a 26-year-old man with injuries, according to the report.
That man told officers that he and his brother were walking along Ocean Boulevard when they unknowingly walked in front of a photograph being taken by Brian Terrell Strayhorne, 29, of Rocky Mount, NC, the Sun News reported.
According to the report, the men argued and fought.
Officers say Strayhorne stabbed the man during the fight. He was later found at another motel and arrested by police.
Strayhorne, 29,is being held without bond on a charge of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature in the Horry County jail.
